This is a mint 1 senior citizen owner that was garage keep until last few years. I called it my wife's car but she did not drive. She said to play around all you want with car deals but leave her Crown VIc. alone. She loved the ride and just everything about it. She passed on 2 years ago. It has all the options available for 2004. Not sure if you can read the window sticker but it has it all. You will not find a better used Crown Vic.. Yes that is actual 23, 000 miles and I would say over half are pure highway. The car is completely original down to the tires. No issues at all. It has more good years left than I do. The car has no leaks or drips .
